OpticGreen is a dark background theme with high contrast green text that’s easy on the eyes and great for navigating tabs and bookmarks. The ‘active tab’ features a bright header bar that can stand out in a sea of tabs and the low contrast geometric background and subtle ribbed toolbar add to the finish without distracting from the content. Also available: OpticBlue, OpticRed, OpticAmber, OpticWhite.

you need to click on the pic then it takes u to a website were you have to choose your theme then it takes you to the google chrome extensions web.thats were you download it
To use this theme click on – Visit website – up top were it says homepage
download it form here. it installs in one click

To install this one, extract the files. Then, go to chrome://extensions in the address bar. go to the developer mode, and point to the directory you installed the files to. Confirm it. It’s really a nice theme. If you want, you can also pack it and resubmit it with the proper credits if it’s okay with the staff here.
